    I received my cake fresh and moist and delicious. I think I will try the banana flavor next. 33 oz is a substantial size and will feed 8 adults easy. I loved it.

    This is the second time we have ordered the Tortoga rum cakes. This one was pineapple. It is so moist & delicious, & not over powering in sweetness. Had it for Easter & everyone loved it. Had tried several others they make & they are all wonderful. A wonderful dessert for any holiday & gathering. A real “keeper” Makes a wonderful gift too!!

    Super moist, great taste, worth the cost. Used as Christmas dinner dessert and was big hit. Can stay in original wrapping for months and still fresh. Gave as holiday gift to parents in their 80′s and they loved the taste, ease of use and serving.

    I fell in love with Tortuga rum cakes during a cruise many years ago. It is now a tradition for me to ship cakes to my family for Christmas. I stuck with the original reciepe until this last Christmas. I added the chocolate rum cake and the pineapple rum cake as presents. I didn’t get to taste the pineapple cake but my mom and brother who got to taste both strongly agreed that the pineapple was super moist and had more of a rum flavor than the original and the chocolate cakes. Needless to say, they have place their orders for this year’s Christmas.
