    I searched high and low at my local supermarkets for parchment paper that I needed for certain recipes, and decided to try getting it on Amazon.com, and guess what??

    I found it there. Very pleased with the performance of this paper. Serves the purpose 100 percent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for parchment paper.

    Pretty much for all the reasons everyone else mentioned. I also like that it’s not bleached. Just a personal preference.

    I love to bake and definitely prefer parchment paper to aluminum foil. The problem is, most stores sell rolls with smaller sq. ft. for a lot more money! I decided to give this a try and I love it. I use it for baking cookies and other goodies, but also for baking potato chips, fries, etc. It helps to keep the pans clean and the food slides right off. This will be a regular item on my shopping list! This is a great price.

    In My area unbleached parchment is not available-I like it needs a lot less processing. Too many product are way over processed these days. Thanks again to Amazon for making such hard to find items available;

    Unless you like scraping burnt-on dough from pans. Nothing sticks to this stuff, and it makes cleanup a snap. At pennies per use you can’t afford NOT to have some around!
