This product is dry, crumbly, and has a boring taste.

So why do I give it a 5 star rating? Because those things are exactly what I want — something healthy that won’t tempt me to overeat. In this respect, the product delivers perfectly.

I do wish that these cakes didn’t have a tendency to fracture into a million pieces as soon as I bite into them, but I would venture that the only way to solve that problem would be to add something artificial, or sugary, neither of which would I favor. Therefore I recommend leaning over your plate when eating the things.

Unfortunately, most of the rice cakes in the carton were broken. Taste was good, but crumbly rice cakes left much to be desired.

Lundberg rice cakes are wonderful because they have substance. They don’t just fall apart when you eat them. They have a wonderful flavor and since I must be on a gluten free, salt restricted diet, they fit the bill perfectly.
