I have found all the reviews on this product very interesting and helpful including those with low ratings. I would like to pose a question to those that are having problems with the product smoking and setting off alarms, What type of oven (electric, gas, convection, etc>) do you have? Perhaps there lies the answer as to why some smoke and others don’t. I’m curious.
